Our own testing revealed that even the smaller size of this toy was surprisingly durable and it was great for games of fetch. Our test dog couldn't get enough of the KONG Extreme Dog Toy's bouncing action, and the toy remained intact against her sharp puppy teeth.

Running a business that depends on timely deliveries doesn’t come without its challenges, and BarkBox has to maintain a delicate and complex balance of product warehousing, logistics planning, and customer care. “With the word ‘box’ in our name, you can imagine that managing deliveries is central to our business,” says Rob Snowden, BarkBox’s Director of Fulfillment.
There are no serious flaws in the company’s services apart from the fact that, currently, it is not possible to customize a multi-pet box. Also, the company doesn’t yet have a Meowbox monthly subscription box just yet. Again, the subscription auto-renews so it is essential to cancel when you no longer want the services and on time. Failure to do this auto-renews your subscription.
The subscription service has already touted itself as an experience for dogs and their owners, with a new theme to each month’s arrival. Past themes have tapped into holidays (Halloween is a popular one), pop culture (including a whole box dedicated to the ’90s), and other creative ventures that often involve a good pun (including “Secrets of the Rainfurrest”). Many BarkBox subscribers also share these experiences via social media through “unboxing” videos on Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Me and Winne love bark box!!!!!! They have the most amazing customer service that I've ever dealt with. We had an incident were Winnie's barkbox got thrown over the fence and she shredded it and destroyed the whole box and treats. I contacted bark box and they sent us a new box without question. They were very personal and recommended I watch Winnie to make sure she didn't get sick from consuming all those treats and possibly shreds of the packaging. I've also contact them before this telling them that Winnie destroys every toy she received and they upgraded my account to extra durable toys with no up charge. She still shreds all the plush toys she gets but some of the other toys that aren't cloth she hasn't put a scratch on. In my box every month I receive 2-3 toys, 2 bags of treats, and some type of chewing treat like a bone. I also love bark box because all the products and treats in it are good for your dog. If you read the ingredients on the back there isn't any outrageous names that you don't know the meaning to. All the treats are so healthy. Literally one of the treat packages I got was dried sheep lungs and that was the only ingredient on the package. BarkBox

Some source them from the USA and other areas, but promise that nothing comes from China. We did recently switch warehouses in July and in doing so it caused a hiccup in our system with some boxes. So some of our boxes were a little bit delayed. I subscribed to Barkbox last Dec and continued it for 3 months. I have a chihuahua who loves treats, but I don’t feed her treats in such large quantities. My boxes always included some sort of sausage bar which she loved, about 2-3 large bags of treats and 1-2 toys. The treats were too much; in fact, we still have a few bags despite cancelling a few months ago. The “squeaky” toys were ok, but they were pretty cheap and didn’t last. For the monthly cost of the box, “we” were better off saving the $$$ and applying it to better toys and treats in smaller quantities. I can see this box being better for consumers with larger pets since they eat much more than a chihuahua. Every 5 lbs a dog gains is equivalent to a human gaining 20!! If we fed our beloved pet “all” the treats they were sending, she’d turn into a chunky monkey and it would be very unhealthy for her. So, the box, in my humble opinion, is better for larger dogs who can eat more treats with less repercussions.
