Earlier this year, Bark & Co (the company behind BarkBox and BarkShop started using Zendesk Message to manage their conversations from Facebook Messenger. BarkBox’s average response times decreased dramatically—from 60 minutes to 4 minutes—even as the number of conversations doubled. I ordered my first box a month ago. They refunded me and promised 4 free boxes....however....I have been told they moved their warehouse and things didn't go well. When I first signed up for BarkBox, I was an excited first-time puppy owner. I loved my dog and I wanted to give him the best of the best, and BarkBox was an excellent way to do that. I love knowing that I'm giving my dog top quality treats, and I never have to worry about running out because I get two bags each month. Being a first time dog owner, I also didn't realize how valuable the auto ship toys would be! While my dog doesn't usually tear through toys, he will rip holes in them to get squeakers out or chew a hole in them. I never have to worry about replacing toys because I know he'll be getting another BarkBox soon.
My dog, Cooper, has been getting boxes each month for over a year now. He started when he was four months old and the company has been helpful making sure his box is the best for his age and chewing stage. We have never been disappointed in the contents of a box. We just added a new puppy to the family and have already ordered her Bark Box. Now, both dogs will love going to the post office to get "their" mail.
While the Nashville BarkPark is initially only a pop-up venture for now, BarkBox has ambitions to open more locations nationwide in the future. BarkPark also serves as an experimental retail channel for Bark. Now here’s the thing with the box. It obviously had a theme, but there was nothing in the box talking about the theme. While I know the box is for the dog, it would be nice to have a card describing why they paired all those items together (and maybe describing what makes it a good item for your puppers). I also had no idea which toy was the premium toy was until I researched it online.
