I have been subscribed to Barkbox for over a year and will be a customer of theirs forever. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. My dog never liked toys, but I ordered him a Barkbox and now he actually plays with toys! I'm so happy that I found this company because my dog gets so excited every time he sees me bring inside the Barkbox. The box is also a great value.
We received 3 months as a gift. However since our pup has food allergies I contacted Bark Box to change the food and snacks provided. Response time is horrible. I had to email several times… When they did reply they confirmed that they would put us on their list of dogs with special dietary restrictions. I have a small Chinese Crested Chihuahua and he loves the treats, although the toys are not made sturdy enough. The biggest issue I have is I canceled in advance and they still charged my account! I want a full refund or next stop will be the BBB. If I receive any further boxes they will be returned. The meaning of a canceled subscription is no further payments will be made. Make this right and refund my money please!

We started this whole operation to serve the people who are just like us: nuts about dogs. We're "our dogs have more elaborate parties then we do" obsessed. We eat ramen noodles while our dogs dine on organic grass-fed beef. We are disappointed when our dogs don't follow us into the bathroom. Our families think it's cause for concern. But who cares about them? We're here for you and your dog. We've never met your dog, but we know we love them.
