I have been subscribed to Barkbox for over a year and will be a customer of theirs forever. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. My dog never liked toys, but I ordered him a Barkbox and now he actually plays with toys! I'm so happy that I found this company because my dog gets so excited every time he sees me bring inside the Barkbox. The box is also a great value.

Zero information was provided by the company up front to explain this problem. I attempted a chat with customer service last week only to discover that there is no chat. I had to leave a message, which wasn't returned. Then I emailed customer service about an ETA. That prompted a corporate reply with the as-now-standard "hiccup in the warehouse" explanation. I was told our August box is "still on the way." That doesn't answer my ETA question.
